Harbor Cleaning & Maintenance is a commercial cleaning company based in Wilmington, California, serving the Harbor area, the South Bay, Orange County, and the wider Southern California region.

Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
When you fill out our quote or contact form, call us, or email us, we collect the information you choose to give us. This typically includes:
- Your name;
- Your email address;
- Your phone number;
- Your business name and the address or location where service is requested;
- The type of service you are interested in (for example, janitorial, floor care, fleet washing, power washing, or window cleaning) and how often you need it; and
- Any details you include in your message.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and provide our services.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the pages you view, the links you click, the date and time of your visit, and the website or source that referred you to us. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your quote requests, questions, and messages;
- Prepare estimates and schedule and deliver our cleaning services;
- Communicate with you about your service, including confirmations and follow-ups;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and understand how visitors use it;
- Protect the security and integrity of the Site and our business; and
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not use your contact information to send marketing emails unless you have asked us to, and we do not sell your personal information.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only in the limited circumstances described below:
- Service providers. We use trusted third-party companies to help us operate the Site and our business. These include Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity) for website analytics, Brevo for sending email notifications generated by our contact form, and our web hosting provider for storing and serving the Site. These providers may process your information only on our behalf and in line with this Privacy Policy.
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- Business transfers. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Analytics and Session Tracking
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use the Site. Google Analytics runs with IP anonymization enabled and with advertising personalization features turned off, so it is used only for basic, non-advertising website analytics.
We also use Microsoft Clarity, which can record anonymized information about how visitors interact with pages (such as mouse movement, scrolling, and clicks) to help us improve the Site. Microsoft Clarity only loads after you accept analytics cookies through our cookie banner. If you decline, Microsoft Clarity is not loaded. You can learn more in our Cookie Policy.
Data Retention
We keep the information you submit through our contact form for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and provide services, and afterward for a reasonable period to maintain our business records, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. Information collected by our analytics providers is retained according to their standard retention periods, which are generally up to 14 to 26 months. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
Data Security
The Site is served over a secure (HTTPS) encrypted connection, and we take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”), gives California residents specific rights regarding their personal information. Subject to certain exceptions, you have the right to:
- Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it;
- Delete the personal information we have collected from you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you;
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information; and
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. To the extent our use of analytics cookies is considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA, you may opt out at any time by selecting “Decline” on our cookie banner, by using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer of the Site, or by enabling a recognized opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control) in your browser.
To exercise your right to know, delete, or correct your information, contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section below. We will verify your request by confirming details such as the email address, phone number, or other information you previously provided to us, and we will respond within the timeframe required by law. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, provided they give us proof that you authorized them to act for you.
“Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”
Harbor Cleaning & Maintenance does not sell your personal information for monetary value. We limit any “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise your opt-out choice through the “Decline” option on our cookie banner or the “Cookie Preferences” link in the Site footer.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no agreed industry standard for how to respond to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We do, however, honor the cookie choices you make through our cookie banner and recognized opt-out preference signals as described above.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults seeking commercial cleaning services. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Links to Other Websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, such as our WhatsApp contact link or social media profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after we post an updated policy means you accept the changes.
